Scheduled an appointment for estimates to move. Brittney scheduled the appointment for 11/20 @ 2:00 pm. She decided to call me twice on the day she was to arrive to make sure I was at home. I was at home preparing for Thanksgiving dinner and did not hear my phone. I noticed I had messages and she said she did not want to drive from Manteca to Modesto if I was not going to be home. Manteca is approximately 20-30 minutes from Modesto. I called back and talked to Brittney and she said she decided not to come since I did not pick up the phone. This is a moving business and if you're serious about you business, you will drive to meet a potential client. Last time I understood, mileage is a tax write off for a business. I was extremely dissatisfied with the decision and this is not the way to do business.

S&M Moving created the worst moving experience ever. 30% of my items were missing by the time they arrived at the final destination. After months of back and forth, their insurance had agreed to cover only a small portion of my looses. Everyone up the management stack is unprofessional. Use them at your own risk.

I hired Make Your Move to move my mother's furniture from her assisted living facility to a storage facility in a nearby city. The two workers who came to do the work were amazing. They were very courteous, worked quickly, and were very careful with our belongings. They were just as fast unloading. I was amazed that they finished the whole move in only two hours. I highly recommend this company.

To move our household ourselves was too overwhelming. To take some of the pressure off of us we decided to use Motherlode Van and Storage. After getting about quotes from 5 moving companies and because I had previously done work with MLVS we decided to use their services. The crew as professional, punctual and careful with the contents. I would highly recommend Mother Lode Van and Storage to anyone in need of private or Business relocation. The entire team from owners to office staff, movers, drivers and others will meet or exceed your expectations.

I hate moving. There is nothing worse than packing up everything you own and having to move it somewhere else. All Star Movers made a really unnerving move - namely closing on a home in the middle of a pandemic - sooo much easier. Literally, without them I think I just may have lost my mind. First rate organization throughout. VERY thankful I found them. Word to the wise - (especially if it's been several years since you last moved), start decluttering about 3 weeks before you start packing. With the junk gone, packing will be light years easier. Thank you, All Star Movers. You guys are awesome!

Chris Higdon is a TRUE professional and I would highly recommend this moving Co. Due to unforeseen escrow and COVID issues—our move/loan was delayed multiple times. Every single time, Chris would cooperate with us. He was also very responsive, quick and kind. Moving is a terrible and stressful time, but he made us feel better the whole way and especially with our fragile items (memories, piano, fridge...). Also very honest and competitive pricing.
