We had our move on Tuesday and we were really happy with the guys that showed up. They called when they were on their way, they were professional, and got the job done. Would definitely use them again although I hope to never move again!

referred a client to them for moving services and I am extremely disappointed hoping to have the issues resolved. I originally spoke with a manager of sort who was going to have me let them in the house 2 days in a row at 9:30 am. I went at 9 opened it up and left the lock box separated with instructions to lock it up and put key back in lock box. I got a call around 10:12 am saying they couldn't get in. explained to the workers the door was unlocked, next day I show up 9:28 they're already moving stuff.. never locked the house up! now we're all moved and they took my lock box ($280) and key with my clients stuff?! what the heck.

They are superb.

The great guys moved a huge bunch of our furniture up near Baltimore and household goods from the house we sold into storage yesterday May 29th, and they did a terrific job. We are real pleased. We had some real nice furniture and they took great care of it plastic wrapping it before they moved it so it will stay nice. It only took them 4 hours to do it all but they took plenty of time making sure they didn't bump into things or break anything along the way. We will definitely call them when we need to get it all out of the storage unit and where ever we are going. Highly Recommended!

I made a purchase on Wayfair and They hired Dixie moving and Storage for the shipping. The delivery time was fast and the company called me the morning of delivery to give me a heads up, I also received a call 30 min prior to delivery. Great service, thank you!

Deep Water Transport trucked our Bavaria 47 from Florida to Seattle, WA, and we’re very happy with their service. It was easy to communicate both before and after we had signed the contract. We had a previous bad experience with another company and was pleased to have a completely different and better experience with them. A big plus is their new truck that doesn’t have an overhead exhaust. No big oil splotches all over the boat! The driver is was very experienced and cared for our boat to avoid damage from the attachments, while it sat safely in the cradle. Thanks!

Very thankful that gentle giant helped me with the move during Covid19. They showed up on time and moved everything over to my new address very quickly. They were very careful with my furniture and took good care of my plants :) They also helped me reassemble my bed and moved furniture around once they were at my new address. It was a really great experience and I highly recommend gentle giant!

One year ago we moved from Clinton New Jersey to Georgia and we have had a horrible experience with this company especially Dave. We use them years ago when they had a different manager and everything went great so we decided to use them again. The first thing they did was cancel our moving date when we had everything all set and they told us they could not move us on that date. The next thing that happened was a lot of her items were damaged and Dave convinced us to do the insurance for $300 in case anything was broken and when we tried to file a claim he never responded to any of our calls and emails. We recently just found out that he said he no longer works for the company and now when you call there is just a recording and you cant get in touch with anyone. They are completely disorganized and dis honest and Dave comes off as this friendly nice guy that will do a great job and he has totally screwed us. We probably need to hire a lawyer at this point to get our items covered because no one will answer our calls. Do not use this company at this point because they must have gone through something and change managers from when they were great years ago this is no longer the case. We have been extremely frustrated and upset this past year trying to get money back for all of our items that were damaged with no success, stay far away from this company they are dishonest and something is going on
