Excellent moving company!

Very professional when we moved in early January. The crew did everything possible to make sure we had a good experience, including ensuring that we had everything placed where we wanted it before they left and even offering to help move some furniture that was left in the new house that we wanted in different places. They were fast and careful - nothing was damaged. The cost was even less than what was estimated. Very happy and would recommend Power Movers.

Classic Moving and Storage helped move my family from Eau Claire to Mankato MN. They packed, loaded, transported and unloaded for us. Cost was very reasonable, packing was top notch. They were quick, friendly and willing to move things around in the home as we needed. Our closing was delayed almost 1/2 a day and they were will to work around this and end up getting back to EC late in the evening just so we could get moved into our home on a Friday. Lynda and Tony were excellent to work with. Couldn't give a better recommendation.

I have relocated 7 times in my career and this company is by far Jacobson's is the worst Moving & Storage. First they make proclamation about having years and years of industry knowledge and bamboozled my secretary into thinking that we should get 3 guys to move vs two. There was only one guy sent with experience in moving, one had 3 weeks on the job, and the third worker had less than one week on the job. I had 750 cubic feet of space to load in and that took them 5 hours. When my secretary called to complain to Jerry she acted like she understood why we did not feel compelled to have to pay for the 3rd person at their recommendation as I was essentially paying for his on the job training as he was hardly self directed. Jerry said she would pass this on to the owner Patty. When my secretary spoke with Patty she stated that time was normal and everyone gets mandatory training. She informed my secretary that she would call me directly given my complaint. I never received a return phone call from Jerry or Patty. This is highly unprofessional, shows no integrity, and they have no intent on fixing any wrong doing or will admit to any false proclamations on the service that they provide through advertisement. My advice to all KEEP YOUR MONEY and load with a neighbor, which took he and I less than 2 hours to load 500 cubic feet of space.
