123 Moving and Storage

I must say that 123 movers was truly excellent with my expectations of their work. Although quite skeptical at first because of my daughter's experience with them, they were really helpful, friendly and took pride in the quality of work they did. I appreciate Eddie, Ishsmel and the guy in charge Jose!! What a great team they are together. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't mind dealing with these gentleman again. They are a great asset to 123movers!!

Move Date7/8/18. This moving company was very unprofessional. I'm in a complex thats in the process of a rehab and 5 units of our stuff was relocated in 1 huge container. Some things were mislabeled and scrambled to others homes after. We all either had broken or missing items. I'm still missing entertainment items, my internet modem, a plant fixture, and a few boxes are unaccounted for. The guy in charge was very inconsiderate of our valuables. In so many words, he told me it isn't their fault my stuff is missing. Even after I found my wall mirror in my neighbors unit. So, if you want missing or broken items after a move, definitely try these guys out. Thumbs down for me.

This is my third time using them in the last 7 years (once for residential and twice for commercial moves). That should tell you a lot about about this moving company. We just moved our office again and Jimmy and his crew were true professionals, packed, padded and plastic wrapped all of our furniture and assembled it again. Nothing was broken and the entire process was a breeze and on time. The service has been consistently five stars in all three moves. The entire staff at 123 is spectacular and caring. By far, the best movers you can hire in LA for residential and commercial moving.
