My items were not only broken, but am missing 2 boxes making my adjustable bed useless as remote and connecting cables are lost! I wouldn’t pay 2 + grands for shipping just for few personal items; I did for the bed that’s worth 2 grands! Now I am left with an ordinary 200$ bed! And, they don’t pick or return your calls fast; but, when he did; Sam was helpful , at least ! I had to unnecessarily keep my things with them for 2 months coz Sam was on vacation and no one was telling me that! I am not very happy. Hope as they are covered; their insurance will re emburse me for the bed; I don’t have 2 grands now, and I need adjustable bed! I have very uncomfortable nights!

If I could give these people a zero I would. My mom moved from Minnesota to Las Vegas and had been waiting for her things for more than 2 weeks which is beyond the timeline they quoted her. They contracted the business out to do the move. Somebody even called her from the moving company and asked if she knew where her items were when they weren't even there yet and she'd heard basically nothing from them after trying to call and ascertain where her items were in the moving process. As the truck arrived at my mother's new apartment the other night the driver said it was not big enough to get into the parking lot and he'd have to get a smaller truck. The driver also threw an emotional tantrum. A day later she still did not have her things because the driver then left with her items and is upset because my mother does not want to pay beyond what she was invoiced for and essentially the driver's mistakes. The next day she had to go retrieve her items that were being held hostage by the driver unless she paid an extra $200. She paid for a full service, door to door move and more than $2000 already at that point. Then she had to go get the items herself and move them anyway. While retrieving her items yesterday, she met another couple that had the same experience and were also there to retrieve their items being held hostage. I can't believe a place like this is still even in business.

My called me crying and was shaking when I got home. We were supposed to have 3 guys moving some of our stuff for 3-4 hours. They were supposed to show up anywhere from 8-10am. They showed up after 10 and only two guys. One guy said he was sick and kept going to the bathroom where my wife could hear him going through our medicine cabinet. She said they had absolutely no idea what they were doing and I can confirm this by the damage they did to our walls and every single heavy piece of furniture they moved. Our piano is cracked and one of the guys was bleeding all over our house as a result. The third guy we paid for arrived half way through. Don't worry...we were still charged full price. They also told my wife they would not move our piano unless she paid them cash. I could keep going, but don't hire this company. Management will not respond to any complain and they do not fire any of the degenerates that will show up at your house. On a positive, the third guy that showed up was extremely professional. So if you see positive reviews, perhaps they have some employees that are decent and we got their worst. I moved furniture in college and the way they treated my wife would have never been acceptable. DO NOT HIRE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY!

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND 1st Class Movers. They quoted us $189 for 2 men and a truck and no other charges as they were all inclusive. They showed up with 3 guys and said that would be $40 more an hour. They also had CRAZY prices for any moving materials. For example, $20 for the use of a moving blanket, $25 for use of a wardrobe box. We had them pick up a dissembled office desk, an empty file case and 2 chairs. It took 3 guys that constantly stood around to move that downtown to uptown on a Saturday 2 hours and we helped a lot to save time as they were in no hurry. They charged us 30 minutes of time after they arrived at the building to figure out where to park as they brought a huge oversized truck to move 4 items from an office. I would NEVER pay per hour like this ever again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Completely irresponsible management. I requested a move with a lift gate truck weeks in advance. I confirmed the truck a week before the move no issue. One day before the move I call to confirm again, no truck. I'm moving a business from one location to another on a tight window. Now I have to find a truck from another company on one day notice. You're responsible for a moving company, how does this happen Sal?
