1st Class Moving & Storage of Tennessee

** Beware** On April 30th, I entered into an agreement with Chris Fannin and First Class Movers. Three men arrived at my home. They were approximately 20-30 minutes late. He did text me to let me know they were held over at another move. They moved my belongings into storage without any major incidents(my clock was broken, but I did not have it packed and assumed responsibility for this. I wasn't upset with them for this! Just noting what occured) They placed my items into my storage unit, and this is where things goes from unremarkable to terrible. FIRST I was quoted a two man moving price, but Chris charged me for three men. He stated since he had touched items and rearranged them in the truck, he included himself as the third man! This was NOT what we discussed the day prior. He basically told me he would give me the third guy "free" and maintain the two man rate! I was irritated and tired from the move and working earlier that day! I paid, secured my unit and left out the storage unit. SECOND, Chris or one of his movers hit the gate(It was caught on tape, so I'm dying to hear your rebuttal to this) He told the manager of the storage unit and me that he would pay the $253 to repair the bent, wrought iron gate piece. Weeks turned into a month and another. He has ignored numerous calls from the storage company and me! Ultimately, I paid for the repairs! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL! THEY ARE SPAMMERS AND CLEARLY NOT BONDED AND INSURED AS HE LIKES TO REPRESENT. If so, this gate incident should have been remedied without having me come out of pocket! Disgusting company!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
