21st Century Van Lines

They claim to be military friendly but yet theyKnew about my move 3 months ahead, demanded to be paid before delivery and then never called. Driver called day before and only brought a very small part of our household goods eventhough all my HHG had been stored together for months. Still dont have a day for the rest ofour stuff and have taken our HHG hostage. Do not PAY upfront. Contract clearly states pay before driver unloads, not before. They will take your money and then totally botch your move. They never call back. People that pack and load were friendly, the sales person was nice but everything that came out of his mouth were lies. They had all our HHG in their storage for months but yet only delivered a very small portion and still today I have no idea where the rest of my belongings are.

Great crew and hard working. They aim to please and are all about customer service. It amazes me how they can get the big pieces of furniture upstairs it seems like without any trouble.

Century Van Lines sent three guys out to help us pack for a move to Michigan. We had A LOT of stuff and this team amazed us with their hard work, diligence and team work. They were successful at getting everything thing that we wanted to take. They even helped us problem solve when we could not get our zero turn into the trailer and once we got it in they were just as happy as we were that we were able to load it. I truly cannot say enough kind and positive words about my entire experience with Century!! I actually met one of their Sales Associates, Brett, through my work, and I just so happened to also be looking for a moving company around the same time. So when I was ready I contacted Brett, and the experience was just fantastic from the very beginning. He got back to me extremely fast, and eventhough I called with a very quick move(I needed to move within a week) he still was able to accommodate me. He came out to my current apartment within days of us speaking and gave me a quote that was spot on, and if you're someone like me who is on a budget then having them be able to quote you an exact or even close to exact price means EVERYTHING! Then the moving crew that I got the pleasure of working with came, and again my experience just got better. The guys(Eric, Ronnie, and Hodari) were so pleasant from the moment I met all of them that it honestly made it seem like I just had family over helping me move. They were very professional at the same time though. They were quick, efficient, and just all around good hard working guys who even watched time for me to make sure I stayed within the time frame I was hoping to. So in short, I HIGHLY recommend this company if your looking for a great experience and great movers at a GREAT price! Thank you to everyone who helped with my move!!!
