Terrible company. Will damage your belongings and “lose”/steal your belongings. I’m sure they make a killing servicing military members but should not be allowed near anyone’s personal belongings. BEWARE!

Everything was packed horribly and not secure. Upon arrival of our shipment one of the crates was broken and a lot of our household items were broken. Wish I could give less than one star.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I WILL be filing a claim. They broke open a crate to force my couch into it and then hammered the top back on. They also damaged my daughter's BRAND new dresser by putting a recliner on top of it. They didn't even wrap or protect her $400 crib but wrapped the trash can so now the crib is all scratched up and scraped. They're awful and would never recommend them.

Horrible company, had a planned pack on a Monday and a pickup on a Wednesday. My wife decided to set all her appointments on Tuesday since the packers wouldn't be there. Monday comes and no one shows up. We call the moving company and have a very rude lady answer saying some one called and confirmed with us saying we were good to pack on Tuesday. We tried to explain to her that no one called us and asked her who called us and she got mad and was yelling saying she didn't know that she was on vacation. She kept arguing with us saying no matter what they are coming on Tuesday to pack out when no one will be at the house.

We PCS’d to 29 Palms and my household goods were temporarily stored there. When the movers brought my belongings to our new home, they opened the crate and I saw that my belongings had actually been destroyed. The entire crate was jam-packed of my belongings and just thrown inside - nothing was actually straight except my coffee table at the bottom which was bearing the weight of much heavier items. Nothing was protected and everything that came out of there was damaged. While calling around to receive an estimate for repairs for one of my damaged items, the man on the other line said, “Oh was it 29 Palms Van & Storage?” He used to work there, and knew exactly what I was talking about when I described how they treated my household goods because this is not a freak accident or one unhappy jerk who works there.
