5 Star Moving Inc, Fargo ND

I gave five Star movers a call 72 hours prior to my move, as it was an emergency move. We had an impending blizzard that was supposed to start 4 hours after the move. However on the morning of the move there were 30 mile an hour winds and one of the employees was running late due to the weather, I had the choice to postpone my move or to keep my appointment, I kept my 8:30 a.m. appointment. Despite the terrible weather, Cole showed up with the big truck, and was very professional, and very courteous. Highly recommend 5 star.

The two young men that helped me move furniture were very careful and conscientious. They moved two complete bedroom sets, chairs, storage containers and boxes. T

After hiring movers from a different company thar didn't show up. 5 star moving was to the rescue on the day of the move they showed up at the schedule time 8am . At this same time we had the ambulance, police and coroner's at our place. My grandmother passed away In sleep. The workers we very professional and offered their condolences. It's hard enough losing a loved one and with having to figure out how to get moved. They called their boss and was able to get us rescheduled for the next day. After all the authorities left I called and asked if they could still move us today. They were able to get us moved that day. I'm very thankful for their degree of professionalism and working with us.

My all time favorite moving company. I have moved with 5 Star Moving twice now and both times, the two movers were respectful, quick, and really just wonderful people. Working to schedule my move was so easy. Linda is an absolute gem to work with. She is so easygoing but talking to her gives me the assurance that my move will go smoothly and according to plan. The movers I have personally been in contact are KJ, Cole, Riley, and Jeff. If I were to move again, I would request any one of them. They were just genuinely salt of the earth people who were genuinely invested in making this transition in my life easy for me. 100% the company that I would go with for any move of any level of difficulty.

We used this company for their packing service. It is now 5ish months later and we are just unboxing and have found someone horrible things. The pro, they, for the most part, packed the areas of the house we had asked them to unsupervised (as we were already living elsewhere except on weekends) and moved those boxes to the garage as asked. The cons: I had expected common sense to be used but that was not the case. Dirty dishes were packed up and became super moldy. Produce was packed, PRODUCE. Glass items were placed in the bottom of boxes unprotected. Thankfully the only broken glass we found so far was a molasses bottle but that of course meant there was molasses everywhere. We have only opened 6 of the 30 boxes they packed for us. Not looking forward to the rest.
