Brad and Ron were punctual, friendly, and did an excellent job!

Communication is the 1st word that comes to mind. There was never a moment prior to my move that I was worried. Received a phone call about 15min after I submitted the request. Another phone call the day before to confirm the time and a phone call a few mins prior to arrival. Brad and Ron introduced themselves, walked around my place to find out what needed to stay and what was going. They immediately got to work. I knew my things were going to be safe, including the glass in my very favorite apothecary and my late grandmother’s sewing table. They supplied moving blankets that they taped up my fragile items at no charge and then remove them once delivered. They had to go up one flight of stairs to bring my bed and a few items upstairs, Brad asked if I’d like them to bring down the old box spring and mattress, very heavy wood headboard, and frame. So each trip upstairs they would bring down a piece of the bed. They have been in business for 25 years and they know what they’re doing. My hope is to not move anytime soon, but if I did, they would be my very first phone call!

I called Brad since I was moving. He came over to see what I needed moved. I also asked for a full move and just furniture and he was happy to provide both estimates. As my closing date fluctuated he was very accommodating.

I can’t say enough about Brad and Zack. I needed a mover quick for my daughters studio apartment. Reached Brad because of Google reviews and came to an agreement over the phone. When I called back and requested an earlier move date, he was available and moved me up in his schedule...even though it was his birthday. A Friday, no less. They arrived right on time. Had the pack up done in just over an hour. A drive from Williamsburg to Arlington in just over 2 hours. Another 1.5 hours to offload and what I thought would be a major headache, turn out to be just another day for Brad and his capable helper. They made me look like the worlds’ best Dad that day. Can’t say enough about A Change of Place Movers. I’d recommend them to my closest friends. Enough said. Thanks again guys!!!
