A Move Ahead Movers

These people were the absolute WORST, they left my 80 year old mother high and dry. They had a scheduled appointment and did not show up. They promised to make it right by coming the next day and did not show again for the second time. Each appointment was confermed, they even texted to say the were coming and they just did not show We called, texted, ect and you guessed it not a response. HORRABLE!

They were hired to move us and they contracted the work out .We were not informed of this action and the company had two workers that stole from us. We can not get anyone to deal with this action. My wife has stage 4 cancer and she was taking chemo I had to take her to a to a place we were staying so she could rest this was when the movers went through our things and stole from us . They took advantage of us. They lied and over charged for service. Do not use this company.

They stole my friends money and disappeared on them. Please DO NOT USE !! In response to the owner's response... you are false. They paid the day of and the movers took their money and disappeared.... this was a young family with 3 small children. I find your negative review responses interesting... take some ownership for your employees instead of allowing criminal behavior to continue. Your awful responses to the unhappy customers speak volumes as to how this company views customer relationships.. the fact is that they don't. The FACT is that this company stole money from a family and refuses to be accountable.

Both ketchup dispensers were "broken" I was told. Likely just not filled. No bundle box either....everything else was good.

This is our second move with this amazing company. I said I would not use anyone else and I mean it. Forget the nightmare stories about movers and hire them . No more worries. Tony and his team ( Matt this move) are caring , super hard working and never seize to amaze me . They are professional and honest people. Not to mention reasonable..
