The worst and unfortunately I had to click on a star to write this review. We did not even get to the initial estimate visit. The rep called me one hour earlier and did not ask but expected I would change my scheduled time because his customer from the military had changed his schedule. He lectured me for my lack of flexibility and hung up on me!... Its gets better, I called what I thought was the office immediately and he answered the phone again. He texted me and lecture me again about the military being their main focus and how I was inflexible and basically how this was my fault....I called the office again today and I spoke to another rep, his name was Brian. I explained about the interaction with Ernie over the weekend. He did not want to hear my story and proceeded to lecture me again about how the military is their business focus. I suggested they put that on their flyers because it does not say anything about treating anyone else not in the military as a bother.. I'm glad it never got further than this. I'm am certain their lack of customer service and basic lack of respect for an individual would show in their service throughout. God forbid if you are a civilian maybe they don't show up at all on the day of your move .How can anyone trust them. I have family members in the armed forces and they were petrified with the story. If the military is their main employer maybe the military needs to be made aware of how this company is handling business and using their name to get away with unprofessional behavior.

Worst company ever. I scheduled a home estimate and saw the reviews of the company later, So, called them to cancel the estimate. I received a message so humiliating saying that they blocked my number and i should probably choose homeless people for my move. I'm glad i cancelled the estimate appointment. NEVER EVER CALL THEM. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I would rate them a zero if it let me. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR STUFF BACK. The driver knowingly put our couch cushions in someones else's section on the truck. He "couldn't get to them" when they delivered our items, so assured us he would bring them back by once he did another delivery. Phone calls, texts, etc. later, we filed a claim and the joke of a company Dolphin said that our $4,000 couch would only need $100 to replace cushions. We also had a deductible, so essentially they are paying nothing. I tried desperately to get my cushions back before filing the claim and due to their negligence and extremely poor customer service, I am out the $900 for replacements. They also denied the claim for other items "not on the inventory list", which is bologna because they packed our house and chose not to put some things in a box or with a sticker. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

A HUGE shout out to Mr Dolphin and family. Also Hello Lyn in the office. I just love working with this crew. They are awesome to work with. Great prices and great deals if you need to move from state to state.

total rip off.. deceptive, do not stand behind company reprensitive to make things right.
