AAA Family Move LLC

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Every step of our move has been a complete disaster. Their lack of integrity is astounding, and we are still waiting for our stuff. Our first issue was that after we signed for the amount of the move, they changed the amount without our consent. Then we learned that one of the trucks carrying our stuff crashed and rolled, breaking many of the items inside. We haven't gone through the claims process yet but it sounds extensive and I'm not looking forward to it. Our last issue is that after being reassured of a quick delivery time, due to the locations of the company's hubs, the estimated date of delivery has been pushed back time after time. When trying to gain our business, we were assured that our things would arrive on the first delivery date, a few days later at the latest. Then it was a week after the first delivery date. I was last told that it will be at least another week (so two weeks after the earliest delivery date) at best because of issues that another one of the companies trucks is having. It's looking more and more like the company will take the full 21 days that is in the contract to deliver. The company doesn't appear to have adequate resources. Their motto should be "Over-promise, Under-deliver". To make matters worse, every time I speak to Antiony, the man in charge of our move, he is derogatory and condescending. He asks as though I'm being unreasonable for being upset about our experience. We would have been so, so much better off moving ourselves than hiring this joke of a company.

AAA Family move was just amazing during my last move. When I called them, the rep on the phone went out of his way to provide me a good quote. All movers were very strong and energetic. They didn’t waste any time while packing. Their packing skills were fantastic and they utilized the packing materials properly. They made the delivery on time as well. I took an inventory and everything was in great condition. I really enjoyed having them as my moving companion.

I am not naive enough to rely on a moving company. But AAA Family Move proved that they’re well worth of relying on. They were simply awesome during my last move. My family and I are no strangers to the stresses of relocation but these guys really made it easier. They don’t charge ridiculous amount which is always a great starting point. The crew of 4 men worked tirelessly in my house and packed everything carefully. I was very impressed by their efficiency level. We received the delivery right on the scheduled date. This was the easiest and most successful relocation of my life. I only have these amazing movers to thank for it.
