AMAZING! Absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, took great care of my belongings, and worked their behinds off to quick and professional. Really made moving pleasant! Highly recommend this company!

If I could give negative stars I would!! I completely agree with the negative reviews given as I had much of the same terrible experience. My furniture was damaged, much of it was not even padded or wrapped, items were thrown in the pod. I watched a mover drop a box marked FRAGILE on all sides and laugh about it. It was even explained that box was NOT to be put in the pod and that it would be going in my car. The movers were rude and complained about the owner, their pay and how much they hated their job from the minute they arrived. There’s not enough space here to describe the horrible experience I had with this company! Very unprofessional and no compensation for all the damaged furniture even though I had the insurance. Of course the owners response is not factual. In fact, he tried to get me to sign a document and offered to pay me an insignificant sum of money so that I wouldn't post a review. I declined.

This move has convinced me that Murphy’s Law was written for me. The one shining exception to that was my experience with C.O.W.S. From start to finish every single person I dealt with was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. They showed up when they said they would, were very accommodating when I had to make changes, and fulfilled every promise they made. I can’t praise them highly enough. I would recommend them without reservation and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. If you need temporary storage I urge you to call them. My storage unit was delivered in exactly the same condition it was in when it was packed and picked up. The price was great and the service was exceptional. I can’t thank them enough.

Hey you all were really great assisting me with my move. I’m always very nervous asking for help. From the moment I submitted the request, I was communicated with very effectively with having to wonder what was going on. I was called and asked to get the details of my move. The day before I was called to confirm. It went to my voicemail so I called back and left a voicemail. I got promptly called back confirming the move. On the day of the move, the movers arrived within the time window. They both shook my hand and said hello as they were introducing themselves. They went over everything and explained what was going on and got my input. I could tell care was being give to my items. They conversed with me lightly throughout the move and were very nice. They went fast the entire time despite it being hot out. When we arrived at my new place they got right to work. My AC was not working in the new place and they just kept right on bringing stuff up the stairs. Also, one of them suggested a great pizza place nearby which I did have that same night. It was very good. At the end we went over everything and I signed and they were in their way. Even though we had checked, I was missing a seat cushion for a chair. I called and left a voicemail after hours. The next morning I got a call and they said they’d look and see if it was on the truck. I got a call back and he said they had found it under some packing blankets. I offered to come pick it up but they said they’d drive it over to where I was working. An hour or so later it was there. I just can’t thank you guys enough. I was referred to you by my manager and I will definitely send referrals your way if anyone asks for movers. You all went above and beyond for me. I only write reviews when I have a very impactful experience and I’m very pleased with you all. Thank you!

I was very pleased with this company. Charles Litton was very flexible and able to deal with my closing/moving date changes. The movers,Jay and Andre, did everything they could to move my things in my new place during a terrible storm! They got it done, despite the weather, with a break for safety reasons, during the worse part. I was very happy with my overall experience and would definitely recommend AAA Insta-Move.
