If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute worst company that I’ve ever had to deal with. They “lost” my shipment and completely ignored my phone calls/ emails when I tried to file a claim and ask for updated information. Tiffany Scott is in charge of my shipment and has made zero effort to assist me with anything. The general manager, Donna Scott, said she’d send me an incident form but never did and does not answer the phone or email. If you care about your shipment, select ANY OTHER moving company. My next step is to take legal action and report AAA Southern Forwarding to the Better Business Bureau.

Wouldn't give them as high as a 1, but had to put something down. They delivered one crate but not the second. Apparantly it was on the truck, they know where the truck stopped, who was driving it and where it returned to from deliveries but 5 months later they still can't tell my kids where the other crate went with all their items needed for living. A terrible excuse for movers especially for military families.

Tiffany and Danielle have horrible customer service skills. Good luck to anyone having to use this company. If they screw anything up they will try and blame you.
