Abc Moving LLC, Springfield MO

I called them and told them i wanted to join their membership club and have my air conditioning looked at plus I had a toilet that needed repaired. They came and fixed the toilet next day but still waiting to hear from the air conditioning guy. I was told they were two different departments. Still waiting to hear after four days.

We have use these movers several times, very fast good nice people. Fast kind first move was middle of summer hot the young men did not want to take break because they knew we were paying. So I gave them water on the run. Good price Nothing broken or scratched

I called this company last minute after a different company quit 20 minutes before they were supposed to move me. Not only did ABC, graciously move me but they were kind, helpful, and just overall awesome to work with. Wish I’d called them in the first place. Highly recommend this company because of it hadn’t been for them I wouldn’t have been able to move in time.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I’m a realtor and they did not show up until after we were supposed to close, leaving my myself and my clients In a position where her deal may have fell apart being the buyers not wanting to close until all of the items were removed from the home. We had to move her out ourselves Along with other help “who she had to pay” and when the movers did go to unload and the owner called my client yelling at her and said that she had to pay them $300 in cash right then or they would not unload her personal property, Then refused to move items into the new house and had to get paid an extra $50 just to get them to move a refrigerator and washer and dryer inside. Unbelievable, and Unprofessional, Just GROSS!

The owner was nice enough but that was the extent of the professionalism they started our time at 9:30am and did not show up to our storage unit until an hour later then bitched about how we had things packed, then drove 20 miles under the speed limit to our place to rake up more time and one of the guys kept being a weird creep around my four year old niece DO NOT USE THESE GUYS worst 600 dollars I have ever wasted. They charged me 6 hours for a job that should only have been 3 hours.
