Review:
Warning for Van Operators: If this agent is assigned as the OA or DA on a shipment which you are servicing, arrange labor from an alternate source. This agent sent me labor which demanded $150 ea for 3.75 hours of work on a 7500 lb delivery and this nearly became a violent interaction. These employee's violent and unprofessional demeanor are a risk to customers and drivers alike. My experience occurred Dec. 2017.
