Chris Daniels stood in our kitchen and promised excellent service, with climate controlled storage. A year later our possessions were delivered, damaged, covered in MOLD, boxes with mice nests and even a live mouse, and many of the items from our garage were NEVER delivered and assumed stolen. It was the WORST move of our lives. Chris Daniels of Accedia did not apologize nor make it right. He even made using his insurance policy a nightmare. I hope this never happens to another family.

Used Accedia for intrastate move. Showed up on time. Movers worked very hard all day to load our furniture then transported everything next day. No broken or damaged items.

Since the original review was taken down, I am re-posting on behalf of Jeremy Vigil (who hired Accedia): DO NOT HIRE. The worst experience with the worst workers. They don't even deserve one star. One of the workers, Mike, took photos of our belongings on their truck, including pictures of snow tires that are missing. When we asked why they were never delivered, they blatantly lied to us and said that they never saw them, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN THE PHOTO THAT ONE OF THEIR WORKERS TOOK. On top of that, they said that one of the boxes "opened" and things "spilled out" and took photos of that. When we started unpacking, we found some of those "spilled" items shoved in a backpack. Here's the best part: a special edition Nintendo 3DS and a case with 18 games that were in that "spilled box" are also missing. These items appeared in another one of the pictures they sent, so they should've been among the other items that were stuffed in the backpack. Accedia also never delivered a stepladder that they ADMIT they forgot to unload. They even sent us a picture of the ladder hanging in their truck AS IF IT BELONGED TO THEM. We called the office for an entire week to speak to someone, but nobody answered and the voicemail box was always full. We called them using a different phone and the same voicemail was played, but someone called us back at that number within 5 minutes, because they saw a new number on their caller ID. So clearly, they're screening our calls and are refusing to take responsibility for their theft, actions, and shadiness. UPDATE: It's been nearly 3 months - we still haven't heard from Accedia as to where our stolen belongings are.

These gentlemen were extrodinary movers they were in shape and very careful. Charlie and Jake were wonderful people and did whatever they had to do to make me and my family happy. Thank you ACCEDIA
