Access Gentle Movers is the 4th moving company I've used in the last 6 years and the 2nd one I've used in Washington state and they were by far the best moving company I've used! Todd and his crew were very professional and kind. They really were gentle with all our items and with the house we were moving out of and the apartment we were moving into. They put pads up against the doors and door frames to prevent scratches and they warped furniture with furniture pads or plastic wrap to protect it during the move. We were also moving during the COVID-19 outbreak and they all had masks which we really appreciated since we hadn't really been around anyone else in months cause of the quarantine so it was nice that they were wearing masks too. I was even able to pay via Venmo so contactless payment was a great option right now! We moved into a short term lease and we'll definitely contact Todd again when our lease is up to help us with our next move!

Todd and his team (Gary and Randy) went above and beyond our expectations and gave us a peace of mind. This was the first time we were using movers and we moved from Kirkland to Seattle. Todd was communicative and transparent throughout the whole process and were right on time. His team were quick but handle all of our furniture with attention and care. I couldn't have asked for a better team! Our move was a bit complicated since we had 2 additional pit stops but they handle everything with ease. We only encountered one small scratch when moving a bed frame upstairs and Todd's team was very upset with themselves. Keep in mind, this was the only encounter we had that was an issue out of an 8 hour move. (Yes...it took a long time since we just had THAT much stuff) We didn't think much of the scratch since we knew how heavy it was but the fact that his team were upset shows how much they truly care and they hold themselves to a high standard impressed us very much. Thank you for everything Todd, Gary and Randy! I will definitely be using your service again!

Todd and his crew were amazing! They made our move an absolute breeze. We had some heavy furniture and stairs, but they efficiently (and carefully) wrapped all our gear up and moved it without any dramas. They were a pleasure to interact with too. Very happy with their service, I would definitely recommend and would use them again in the future.
