Just like the guy below said I wish I could give them a 0. They are extremely unprofessional. They lied to me and said they were didn't contract out but that is not the case. They showed up 4.5 hours late to pick up my items. They gave me attitude for having full pack service (even though I paid). At delivery their contractor tried charging me 700 cash even though I paid everything up front. Their customer service wouldn't answer their phones that day and the delivery guy almost left with my stuff. They broke my TV. They packaged it in a "crate" (it was cardboard boxes).
