I am an educated (masters degree)educator out of word due to the virus and I am quite easy-going, but this company has gotten me quite agitated with its surprise costs and lack of responsiveness. Final cost almost doubled from $4000 estimate to $7000 final payment. Staff is very unresponsive; sales rep Tom Parker never returned calls after his estimate was so far off; I was circuited over and over to "dispatch" and got no satisfaction. I was charged for 400 cubic feet over the actual cubic footage charged for about an extra $2000 (I measured the truck on its arrival) and for supplies that were not, as the contract indicated, explained beforehand (another $845). My packers/movers spoke little English and I was not made aware of ANY of the additional charges or additional space needed until the truck was packed and I was hurrying to catch my flight to my new home destination. The movers that moved me into my home, though a day later than they said they would arrive (about 10 days after packing up my home), were great! Otherwise, I was terribly unsatisfied with this company that told me they are not a broker and that they have their own staff. This is clearly not the case. For a sales rep who gave the estimate to be so far off with that estimate and NOT return my calls or emails is unethical. I am not a complainer and didn't even bother to follow up with the claims department about broken items as I take that responsibility on myself due to my packing of the items or the lack of concern I had over some minor breaks. By the way, the "dispatchers" would not give me the name of the company owner and the picture of the business is a residence. The "claims" department does not deal with my issues, only with broken or missing items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Doing this review is my only recourse from this unresponsive company.

DONT DO IT. Jacked the price up from what I was told, my boxes were tore up and had some things missing! Ive tried to file a claim but so far no one has answered at the CSI claims department. Sad to say but when they showed up with a truck to small and stuffed my stuff in it anyway and then when it was delivered I had stuff broke and missing I wasn't surprised. O yea lets not forget the rats that tore my boxes up and then the boxes were taped over when they had gotten in the boxes and shredded up that stuff.. Every fiber in me told me to tell them to leave when they pulled in my drive but I was handcuff by time to get someone else. WHAT A MESS.

Professional & friendly and super validating with my most up-to-date move. I will be able to positively use this service once more within the future. I extremely suggest Accolade Moving for your moving wants. My belongings were transitioned with care. I used to be able to keep inside my budget.Thank you so much!

This was a complete scam. Most of the other reviews claiming 5 stars are fake, unless it's a coincidence that most reviewers reviewed the same 3 businesses in the same area. Even the fake names they used are not that creative. While making the reservation for my move last week, Tom Parker from Accolade spent quite some time with me on the phone to get a better understanding of what will be moved. Initially, everyone was very nice and helpful. I gave them a very detailed list of everything that will be moved, the location of the old place and the new one. The quote came out to 3 workers for 3 hours. Tom explained on the phone that moving blankets, tape, etc. are all included in the quote; the only extra fees would be for moving the TV and mattresses, which I agreed to. The total move came out to 3X the estimate. That's right, 3 times what my quote was. The movers were very slow and inefficient, the move actually took them 6 hours and not the 3 hour 'conservative' estimate they gave us. Although there were 3 workers there, only 2 were actually doing the work while the third is more of their boss; he did some moving but not as much as the other 2. In other words, I got 2.5 slow workers and not 3 professional movers. In addition, the movers decided to wrap up all of the furniture with plastic, instead of using the free moving blankets, without asking us or explaining that this will be an added cost. That yielded to more than $600 just for tape and wrapping paper. Needless to say, I have never seen anyone so generous with the amounts of tape and wrapping paper they use. We could cover 300 acres of farmland, 20 football fields and the Bellagio dancing fountain with that much tape and wrapping paper. I asked to speak with Tom, who I initially spoke to and made the reservation through, but Tom was no where to be found - SHOCKING, I KNOW! The "supervisor" that got in touch with me on the phone was one of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered in any business. I am a business owner and I understand how customer service works; this was plain customer bullying. When I asked for justification for the ridiculous fees they put down, he responded in a very condescending tone and asked if I "can no longer afford this move" and implied that they will not give me my furniture back unless I agree and sign to all the fees they put. Since they stopped the move and had all my furniture in their truck held hostage, I was left with no choice but to sign. I am absolutely disappointed. Do not use their services, there are plenty of honest businesses out there. This is not one.

The only positive thing I can say about my experience was the fact that they didn't break anything. The final cost of the move was outrageous!! Expect to pay two to three times more then what they quote you. I was quoted roughly $400 for the entire move. Not until they had loaded up all my furniture into their truck and arrived at my new apartment, did they proceed to tell me the final cost would be $1,200!! Almost THREE times what they quoted me. They charged me an additional $400 for plastic wrap and tape. Keep in mind I live in a 2-bedroom apartment, and used my own boxes to pack my stuff. I was shocked when they told me the final cost. They then proceeded to hold my furniture hostage until I agreed to pay the full amount. They also left my old apartment a mess after moving. Used rolls of tape and trash were left everywhere. Avoid this company!
