SAVE YOURSELF SOME STRESS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Unfortunately this company is a complete SHAM!!!! I spoke directly with Alfonse, the boss, and he promised me an all inclusive wonderful price but once his foreman arrived I was up charged for duct tape and shrink wrap an additional WHOPPING 180 dollars. I reached my destination a whole HOUR before the movers did (being charged by the hour, mind you) AFTER they arrived to my home a half hour late initially. And the company failed to apply my down payment to my total cost! Fool me one time shame on you!!! There will be no second time!!!!

My partner and that I had to use them once more to shift. This point it had been up tons of stairs and even a lot of things to shift. We tend to were therefore proud of them skilled from begin to finish. Thank you!

So far they have been very professional in all my phone interactions with Accolade Moving. Everything was explained to me so that I understood the process. I will post an update as soon as I receive the items at the final destination. In the meantime, I would not hesitate to contact Accolade Moving in the future. Here is an update: I did receive my items just fine. Problem is, I also received a box that was not mine. I have sent 2 emails and called twice. Will keep trying!
