Ace Moving, San Leandro CA

We recently moved and used Ace Moving. Everything about this move was Aces. Scheduling was a breeze, even though we needed it on a Saturday, they made it happen. Ken the owner came out to our house one evening about two weeks before the move to assess the needs and time it would take to move, and to prepare us for what would happen. He was detailed and clear in his explanations of what they do, and very accommodating when we said we prefer to move some things like our computers and artwork ourselves to save time. On moving day they did little things that just goes so far beyond the norm that I feel I have to mention two of the many. When they removed our washer/dryer, the tap leaked, so they found the main water, turned it off and placed a cap on the tap. We had a bunch of dirty dishes in the sink, and said not to move them, we'll first wash them. When I got there the next day, they left us a dishwasher pod (moved the whole box to the new house, but left that one so we could use the dishwasher one last time) At the new house they set everything up, re-assembled the bed, the couches and office desks and chairs. All boxes were clearly labeled, that we knew exactly what was in them, and they even made suggestions of what would make the most comfortable placement of our furniture. We have changed very little from their placement in the past few weeks .... they know their stuff, they see hundreds of houses per year, they know which furniture will "work" in which locations. Most of all, they did this hard work always with a smile and great attitude. So Stephanie, Ken and JD, the three of you ensured us one of the least stressful moves of our lives, and we've moved a lot in recent years! We hope to never move again, but if we do, we sure hope you'll still be running Ace moving.

I’ve used Ace Moving Company on all three of my moves. Most recently was June 6/7 2019. They are professional, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. This isn’t just a job to them, they care as if it were their own home and belongings. I have used them to pack, move and organize my houses. Because of their work ethic, they will always be honest and respectful. Moving can be very stressful. What these guys offer is invaluable. I managed the move for my family by myself and with Ace Moving Company‘s help. I can honestly say I had no stress. I am so grateful for these guys and will never go anywhere else ....When you experience the best, do not settle for less !!

First moving company I've ever thought deserved five stars. Everyone from the office to the people who moved our stuff were nice. My initial contact was great. They explained everything to me and made sure I know how it would all work and the rules. Then they followed up by mailing the information to me. When the team of two arrived they walked the house with me and then got to work right away. I don't think I ever saw them take a break, just started carrying stuff until the house was empty. At the new place they positioned the truck like professionals, we're not on an easy hill and the house has a steep driveway. The unpacking went quickly and when they had questions they asked. Everything ended up where we wanted it. Three bedroom condo into a two bedroom house in one day, I'm glad I called them. Fast, friendly, good price, I have already recommended them to my friends. What a great company!
