My move took 3 days. Day 1 - packing, Day 2 - loading, Day 3 - delivery. The guys were punctual for each day. They were gentle with my items and everything was packed very thoroughly. Everything arrived as intended. George Jr. oversaw the packing and delivery process and Amanda was my overall move coordinator. Malachai was my first point of contact. George Sr and Aaron (sp?) were my other packers. Everyone was incredibly nice. I have zero complaints. AND...the initial quote was my final payment. No surprise charges! I would definitely recommend Ace Relocation to my friends and family. Thanks everyone!

We had an amazing experience with Ace relocation. Jimmy and Freddie were the best! They handled our items with care, helped relieve the stress of moving day, and even helped lay out our furniture in our new home in a beautiful way. Ace Relocation was outstanding throughout the whole process of our move from California to Tennessee. Anna ("Amazing") Armstrong came to our house several times to look at our household goods and give us cost estimates, as well as to provide lots of much-appreciated guidance and support. Jeanette Dousharm coordinated our moving dates, the van driver, the payment, etc. to make certain everything went very smoothly. Jim Lowe and his crew did a great job on pick-up and delivery days. Jim was responsible for the actual move from start to finish (including driving the van himself), and made sure everything came through safe and sound. Bottom line...these guys are the BEST! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a responsive, fairly priced, courteous, respectful, careful, friendly, etc. group of folks to work with. Huge thanks to Robert Mendez who did an amazing job coordinating every finite detail of our move, and the moving guys in Long Beach and Bay Area who couldn't have taken more care with our items or been any less fun to work with. Don't bother looking at other vendors, just hire Ace....you won't be disappointed.
