Amazing! What else can I say but simply amazing. This was the easiest most stress free move I have ever had, and I have moved 7 times. This move was from San Diego CA to Daytona Beach FL. Driver and crew arrived early, worked together liked well oiled machines and had my 2,600 sq. ft house, 3 car garage and outdoor patio all packed by 2pm the first afternoon. The second day was scheduled to finish packing and loading which again took only about half a day. They were gracious enough to come back the third day to finish packing the beds to save my family an extra hotel day and were completely done by 10 am. In Daytona Beach, we had another amazing crew that showed up early again and unloaded out entire contents, had us all set up and ready by noon the same day. They moved things sometimes 2 or 3 times to make sure I was happy with the way it looked and also helped my husband load all the Christmas items into the attic. This crew went above and beyond in every aspect of packing, loading and unloading. Special thanks to Eric Kronebusch for taking care of every single detail in our move and making sure we were updated about every stage and making it possible for me to worry about other things. I cannot express my gratitude for the crew who took the time and care with our belongings and listened to and honored all my requests. Completely professional, very courteous and extremely efficient yet very quick in all forms of the move. On a scale of 1 -10 I give Ace Relocation a 20!!!

Great move! We are 40 years career military and have made well over a dozen moves, both overseas and throughout the US. This was by far the best move ever! Our coordinator was extremely helpful and the moving team was friendly, professional, and careful. Mr. Frank Green came to our home and explained the entire process beforehand. He was also very friendly and helpful and followed up by phone several times, to include even after we had relocated to our new home in Texas. Ace Relocation is the only mover I will ever use. They have moved me personally multiple times and I have a great experience every time. I have also used them for an office move. They were exceptional. They are prompt, courteous, careful, thoughtful and easy to work with. I know my belongings are in great hands and will be treated well in the move. They go above and beyond every single time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

BE aware! When one box at the very end of our second shipment by ACE was omitted in the packing list, it was lost without trace. The truck driver had reported that it must be with us, BUT it wasn't. We are now left hoping to find a reproducer for the part that was lost by ACE of our ANTIQUE CHINESE WEDDING BED including instructions to reassemble it and pictures. So disappointed, especially when we contacted our initial sales/marketing person and got no assistance. We're so sorry to have chosen ACE. AUNE & RAMON GARCIA
