Ace Relocation Systems Inc-San Diego

I had to relocate my family for work. So my hiring company's relocation team used Ace Relocation Systems to pack and move our items. After moving our items to storage. My wife and I were occupied purchasing a home. Once purchased we moved in with the boxes. After opening a few of the boxes we find that a few our of expensive electronics, tools, and other items were missing. We even found a box that was empty with just popcorn in it. We essentially were robbed. The movers did not steal everything in the box but just the pawnable items like our game system, surround system, car toosl, and so on. So the box still arrived to the storage but had missing items. We filed a claim but were told that since all of the boxes were approved while transferring to storage the company was not liable and will not take any action. Who opens all of the boxes and rechecks their items in storage? Of course we would open the boxes in our new home. I asked their claim representative if there would be any action taken upon the movers whom clearly stole our items. She said there is no evidence so there is nothing they can do. I couldn't believe it. So their movers got away with stealing our items and are still getting a paycheck from this company. Don't use this company if you want trustworthy movers. I'd look elsewhere. Horrible experience! I already informed my coworkers to avoid this company on their move over.
