The moving crew was clean, fast and incredibly courteous. They were careful with our possessions and thoughtful of our family and the neighborhood surroundings as they loaded and unloaded. The sales process was seamless, from a video conference and simple emailed quote sheet to issuing the final invoice. The costs were as expected and very reasonable. Again, the sales and customer service team was thoughtful, communicating several times throughout the days leading up to, and on move day itself. I would highly recommend this organization, as everyone I worked with was helpful and professional.

We are totally satisfied with the service we received from Ace World Wide Elite Relocation Services! We were told pricing upfront. They answered all our questions during the whole process, from packing to delivering. When we wanted to save some money by packing many things on our own they promptly delivered all the boxes and packing material we requested. We always had a name of a person and a phone number to reach with any questions we had. We had an answer to all of our questions. We were told about each step of the move in advance so there were no surprises. Everyone was very polite and professional. They really were detailed in making sure everything we asked them to pack was packed to our satisfaction. On the other end they made sure we went over the list and was satisfied that we had received all that they packed in good order. The customer service was excellent all along the way. Highly recommend, we would use them again in a heart beat! I would also like to add that our final bill came in lower after we removed some heavy items. We were glad to see that they weighed our goods and changed the quoted price.
