Absolutely terrible service. Not only were the employees rude, they screwed up our house inventory and didn't have room on the first truck for all of our belongings. Then we didn't get our second shipment for almost a month after our first truck and several items were missing. We also had the box removal service and after several attempts to have them picked up, we are still stuck with all the boxes. Everytime I tried to contact a representative, Jason Donato it took multiple voicemails, emails, and several days before he returned a call.
