They came and packed my house up on Monday and Tuesday they pickup and moved my household goods. While packing my furniture, the movers left my furniture out in the rain. They damage my living room floors. When I confronted the movers about it they told me I had to call the main office. I called and immediately they sent someone over to assess the damages. Then they replied that I need to give them the bill for the damages due to living on base housing. I received the bill and called and told one of the managers what was owed. He then told me to tell DMO to bill their account. DMO didn't want any part of it so I called to let them know. They ignored my calls for about two days until I finally got Mr. Jeff number. I called and explained the situation to him and he replied that they weren't going to take care of the bill. He told me his workers claim they didn't damage the property even though they sent someone to my house to look at the damage and quote how much it would cost them to repair it. We went back and forth on the phone and he kept hitting me with empty threats of telling my Commanding Officer even though I am no longer in service. Pretty much the experience was horrible, their workers are garbage and the management freaking suck. Save your money and find a more reliable company that take care of your property and who workers aren't questionable, lying crooks. Also, they took my alcohol from my home as well but they didn't tell management that news.

Do not use this company. They stole my medication I needed for recovery from dual knee surgery. They did nothing to resolve this issue. Unreliable and up dependable organization.
