The movers are easy to work with. The office lady is nice. A little pricey but worth it.

I used Action to move from Minneapolis to Philadelphia. The entire process was professional, courteous, and efficient. Everything was explained to me in detail, and my expectations were managed the whole time (for example, it's not possible to send your belongings across country and expect to receive them in a few days. It takes longer than that, and you will likely have to live very sparsely while your belongings are being transported. I did not know this). Adam, who managed my move, communicated the timeline to me clearly. He also dealt with some big bumps on my end: I had to scramble to find a new place at the last minute, AFTER my stuff had already left Mpls, due to the original place--a new building--not being ready for occupancy even after I signed a lease. You can imagine how stressful that was! But he calmly awaited my new address and communicated it to the Philly side of the process, and all went well! My stuff arrived well within the communicated timeframe, and the final price came in under estimate. Nothing was damaged, and everything was accounted for. The movers on both sides--Mpls and Philly--were great, and made it easy for me. I would use Action again!
