We hired them for our move, they arrived 45 minutes late, charged us for the travel time that included a fueling stop. They increased the number of movers, without consulting us, charged us a higher rate and had them for a reduced number of hours to "stay within our budget". They damaged several items and have so far refused to compensate us for the damages or breach of original contract. The crew leader was argumentative, rude and clearly not in control of the crew. They took apart my sons desk and left without putting it back together, and took the hardware with them (we had to replace it with a new desk). They broke an antique pedestal phone and tried to hide the damage. They broke several of my sons lego sets and lost the pieces so they can't be rebuilt. Overall, they caused nearly $800 in damage and have refused to compensate us. We have reached out several times in writing and by phone with no response.

When I moved to Rochester in 2015, I needed a local piano mover to get my grand piano out of the rented truck and into my house. Someone recommended Adamski/Lloyd, and they did a fantastic job. When it was time to leave Rochester in 2019, I called them again for help with the piano. "Don't worry," I told them, "I don't need you to move the rest of my stuff. I'll use ABF." When Tony came to price the piano move, he said, "Why don't you let me quote the rest of the move, and you can compare it to ABF?" I'm so glad I let him! The price was only slightly higher than ABF, and included so much more! (More space, more manpower, WAY more communication, etc.) When we arrived in North Carolina, we had a last-minute housing change, and Adamski/Lloyd accommodated us with zero complaints. In fact, they didn't even charge us extra to deliver the load to two separate addresses. Highly recommend!!!

Moved on 9/14 and I was extremely pleased with the service. I was a bit worried that the movers didn't have on any safety straps, dollies or body moving equipment to keep them physically safe from getting hurt (the old ergonomic safety assessor in me) ...they were extremely fast, my furniture was not damaged at all, and they were friendly. Highly recommend this moving company! The guys busted their humps and did a fabulous job!
