First rate job all around. Estimate was accurate and fair. The company kept me advised every step of the way. The Driver, George Simmons, was on time, courteous and professional. The truck was loaded quickly and correctly. When Hurricane Irma delayed the move in date, the company was very accommodating. They arrived on time, quickly moved me in and left. If I ever move again, this is the only company I will use

I recently moved from Illinois to Phoenix, AZ. I interviewed all 4 major van lines. United was very thorough (I have an adjustable bed frame, and their rep was the only one that called the bed frame manufaturer on how to move it), and their binding quoute happened to be the lowest. The communication with them was excellent. I happened to have the same driver that made the pick-up in Illinois made the delivery in Arizona. Both load and unload crews were very good. I packed myself and did have a couple of partially crushed containers/boxes, but that was to be ecpected. All in all I was very satisfied with United Van Lines.

I have worked with Jackie Krol several times on moves here in South Florida and so appreciate how professional and friendly she is. She is quick with getting me any information I need and is very responsive and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!
