We used their services while PCSing from El Paso to OKC. The whole process took 3 days. 2 days to pack our belongings into boxes and the third day to move everything in the house into the moving van. I was not aware of how much damage the women who were packing our belongings were causing! First of all, they disassembled EVERYTHING! Everything and anything they could manage to take apart. Even things that were not meant to be disassembled. We had pieces of furniture that were not made to be taken apart. Now they are pretty much ruined. There are a lot of important pieces missing and hardware that was mislabeled. All of our shelves, kitchen table, and desks are ruined. We didn't have a choice in the matter, but I would not use this company's services again.
