The crew arrived at the exact time we were given. They were polite and professional. They have this down to a science. Had everything loaded in 1 hour, amazing. Moved 4 hours away and everything was delivered in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company.

I was blown away with the moving crew! Anthony. Manny, Jessie and Armando were professional, friendly and so easy to work with! I initially requested only furniture be moved to my new location, but there was more room in the truck and they offered to take whatever else I might want. They moved unwrapped paintings and pictures, antique clock, bins of books, etc, all with the utmost care. They were amazing! Loved those guys! I took business cards so I can recommend them to all my friends and neighbors who may need local, nationwide moving or any other service requiring furniture removal. Five Star doesn't do them justice!

This was the first time I had ever used a professional mover so I was a bit apprehensive that the price would be high and the move would take days if not weeks. I got a very reasonable estimate, but Carrell emphasized that it was an estimate only, and the final price would depend on the exact circumstances. They showed up at our Fredericksburg house at 8:00 in the morning, loaded our household goods, and by 3:00 the next day they had finished unloading everything in our new home in Colorado Springs, over 800 miles away. Amazing. And the final price was right at the original estimate. A very professional and efficient organization, as well as pleasant to work with.
