This moving company did a great job for our small move from one house to another. They found a time to squeeze me in to their schedule at the last minute on the last day of the month. They were reasonably priced without a high minimum charge. Drexler and Jason did a great job moving our furniture up the stairs (with a turn). They also disassembled and assembled the bed (which we had not planned on). They were careful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Will not be using them again! Making the reservation was easy and the price per hour was fair, but was less than impressed with service. The guys showed up 15 mins late--understandable. They were nice guys, but they seemed to waste time trying to stretch the hours so they could make more money. When it was time to pay they attempted to charge me for 2.5 hours when they had only been there for 2 hours. When I asked them what the other half hour was for I was told "drive time". After refusing to pay the additional half hour for something that I was told was included in the hourly rate they did take it off the total. Once they got everything moved in I tested my washing machine and it was not working. It had been installed correctly, but it now has a mechanical errors that it did not have before the move. I called Jason (owner I believe) and told him my concerns about my experience and he was less than willing to hear them. He attempted to rush me off the phone and kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk. I am supposed to let him know what is wrong with the washer once the repairman looks at it, but based off his response to my initial concerns I doubt there will be a resolution.

The owner, Jason, doesn’t have any integrity. He has a personal fight going with another company and lies to customers as a result. The way he treated us was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I will never recommend this company as long as it is being managed that way.
