Great experience with this company.

Horrible experience. I only wish I could rate this a -5. First, they quoted our job: 4 guys for 3 days. First day, 2 guys showed up, they went to lunch for 3 hours and returned with one more person, so total of 3, not 4. One of the guys was so INTOXICATED (his admission) that he had to sit in the truck the rest of the day while the other 2 packed. Then he drove off to sleep somewhere in the truck and ran over our outdoor lighting.

I contacted Aladdin Transfer & Storage back in September of 2017 to store my entire condo until were ready to move it into our home. Extremely satisfied with the process and procedures.Greatful to have the reassurance that our belongings are safe and secure. Definitely will use this company for our moving/storing in the future!

So glad these guys were who showed up. We were not ready. We last minute decided we needed their help and we wouldn't be able to do it with just our friends and a rental truck. We had to be out by the end of August and in on the first of September to our new place. They came packed everything up, held it on the truck over night and delivered it the next day to our new home. One lamp broke but they had explained the insurance policy and I had selected full protection so I went and bought a brand new lamp (which my wife liked more) and they covered the cost. On a side note it was so HOT on the days of our move and the guys NEVER complained. I couldn't help but feel bad for them. I didn't even want to go outside but Kory assured me they had been doing it all summer, not to worry! What a great attitude.
