The movers and packers on both ends were excellent. They took good care of my items, were efficient and friendly. Items of high value were handled appropriately and with additional care. The overall moving experience for me while stressful moving across the country was significantly eased thanks to your company's fantastic service. Never, never, ever use this moving company! I hired them to unload a POD into our apartment. The rate I was quoted was $95 an hour for two movers and 3 hours minimum. The pod was placed in the parking lot about 30-40 feet from the front door of the building, which is where the leasing agents had us place it. (There are handicapped and reserved spots right in front of the building.) The first sign that something was amiss was the night before the scheduled move, when I received an email stating that the movers' merchant services company was not working, and that the movers could therefore only accept cash (highly dubious). The day of the move we were informed that because the movers had to walk across the parking lot to get to the front door, the rate would now be $145 per hour. This was a cross country move and we were left with no choice but to pay the inflated rate in cash. All in all, it left us with a bad taste in the mouth and a distinct feeling that we had been ripped off.

We were impressed with the work Dana's (I wish I remembered everyone's name) crew did for us. To begin, very punctual, right on the dot first and second day. They were careful, fast, precise and caring. In my book, 10/10 service, very professional and charismatic. The interaction with my children, so friendly and accommodating while moving fast and getting the job done! They moved 3BR, Full house with basement, garage and backyard in - one day pack/load next day delivery/unpack from Philadelphia PA to Columbia MD. I'm not easily impressed - this group of gentleman demonstrated great customer service and delivered a experience great - met all my expectations!

Alexander's Mobility was called out to handle our move through my husbands relocation for work. These guys are absolutely great! They're kind, hard working, and very impressive. My husband and I were blown away at just how fast they moved to pack, load and unload. I will recommend them to any friend or family that is looking for a moving company. 10/10!
