They left items in drawers causing them to break and wrapped an artificial tree in plastic wrap also causing the stem to break. They did not take apart a glass entrainment center but thankfully that did not break. We moved with Mayflower in the past and I feel they are a better company to go with. We had no claims with Mayflower but with probably have close to 5-10 claims with this move (still not done unpacking). It does depend on the movers you get in your area and that could have been part of the problem but better leadership may have been helpful. Addendum: We have now found other things that were broken like a hole in our shop vac but we have already filed our damages, which was also not a smooth process. Moving is so stressful! My driver and movers were on time, polite and had everything going smoothly. They placed my belongings delicately and made sure I was good to go before they left. Very satisfied!!
