First two times I used them they were great. Third time was horrible. I chose to do an hourly rate and that’s how they screw you over. Took their sweet time, took many smoke breaks, and even brought a random guy into our apartment that stopped by to smoke with them. Got charged for their smoke breaks and their lunch break. I asked them not to run the $660 (for a small apartment, outrageous) payment until I can speak to the owner. They said sure, no problem. Owner never called, and after a week, they ran it anyways. My mom had the same bad experience with them. Save yourself the trouble and call Whalen’s.

I hired this company to move a piano from one house to another house in the same town. After the piano was set up in the new house, I noticed the piano was sloping. I called and left several messages for the owner to call me back but did not hear from him for 6 days. But finally he called me back and offered to come back and check on it. He came today and found the problem and fixed it. So I was unhappy for not getting a call back for 6 days but I am satisfied that the owner came back and corrected the problem. So the one less star is because of not returning my calls for 6 days. So I would have rated it 1 star if he had not come back and fixed the problem but now he came back and fixed the problem I am giving a 4 star rating. I am not willing to give it a 5 star because of failure to return my calls for 6 days. Perhaps, the owner will return his customer's calls promptly. I run a business as a cardiologist and so I know how important for customers to get a prompt call back. But I am satisfied now.

We used All About Moving for 3 separate moves and were pleased every time. The crew arrived on time. They were polite and easy to work with. They handled our furniture like it was their own and protected it thoroughly in the truck. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.
