Very rude people that work throughout the place. Especially the owner! #pilot

This company was assigned to my military move. After the move I submitted the damage item claim and long story short they low balled and denied reimbursement for items. Their excuse was it was not transit related, however I submitted a dated picture of the item on pick up day showing the damage was not pre-existing as well as the photos when it arrived. I also submitted the inventory they did at the origin location which did not show indicate being damaged. How they can deny it is beyond me, but if your looking for a company who is going to move your stuff with care and accept responsibility if they accidently break something I would definately NOT recommend this company.
