I needed to have a new mattress and bed frame delivered to my third floor apartment as well as removal of my old mattress and box spring. I worked with Greg to get it scheduled both over the phone and through email and then a team of two of his guys delivered it. Greg was excellent, extremely responsive and flexible in helping me schedule a time that worked for us both. His two moving guys met me at my building and were great about being careful with my frame and mattress and helped assemble and adjust the bed in my room for me. They answered all my questions and got the job done quickly, safely and responsibly. I would highly recommend this company for any delivery and plan to use them again in the future! This is now the third time we have used All American Moving (plus my wife used them once before she and I met). They do a great job at a fair price! They even moved our baby grand piano flawlessly. The guys on the phone were helpful and the movers were polite and professional. It may sound a bit cliche, but they really did treat our stuff as if it was their own. Of course some of these other reviewers here gave lower scores, but I do know our experience with them was excellent. We will definitely use them for our next move.

These guys were so awesome on so many levels that I don't even know where to begin. First of all this was a move for my 88 year old mother that I was setting up. So is important for me to have continual contact prior to the move to let them know some of the particulars. The general manager was super responsive every single time. They even adjusted their schedule to fit me in properly. I asked for a little bit of a later start because my mother can't be ready as quickly as she used to. They came when they said they were going to come they delivered so fast and my bill was less than what I had anticipated. if you're looking for a company in the Columbus area that actually cares about their customers, you don't need to look any further.

The Management Team at All American is Responsive, and their service was done on time, for the amount quoted. While anything can happen in a move, the experience and customer service demonstrated by this company is top notch.
