We were beyond happy with All Chicagoland Moving & Storage. From the initial in-home estimate, to working with Michelle in the office, and our team of movers were all incredible, polite, informative, on time, and efficient. Our possessions were stored on the truck in their safe facility for 12 nights, and through that time we realized we needed to put a bit more on the truck (we held some stuff back that we thought we'd need in the transition). They were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to add more to the truck. We had the same team of movers for pick up and delivery, and they were beyond courteous and accommodated our every request without hesitation (even bringing a piano into the basement!). I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great move. Will use be again. You will not have to worry about anything except where you want to place it.

We used this company to move houses last month. The sales gentleman who came for the initial consultation (who I believe was the owner) is who really sold us on this company, with the price and the insurance that was offered...but I am not happy with the outcome overall, as I believe the pitch was misrepresented (especially on the insurance side). The day of the move, the movers were pretty fast, but not the most careful. In the house we were moving out of (with all new paint and finished wood floors) the movers made a HUGE scratch up the basement stairway (this was done after telling them to remove the feet from the couch and they did not do so - the feet on the couch are what created this awful scratch on newly painted walls). They also dropped one of our side tables on the concrete outside while trying to carry too many items, and needless to say, that was not worth trying to fix/repair. A few other scratches on the floors and walls in the new house (which was just renovated), but that happens, and I understand. ***My biggest frustration is that we purchased insurance and the process to receive any compensation for the items that were destructed or ruined has been impossible. We took pictures, and the lead gentleman of the moving crew even wrote all of the items down and took photos himself. However, now we are being told they want to come see the destruction (well, we don't live in the house where they scratched the entire stairway and had to pay to have that fixed immediately since the new owners were moving in, and we did not keep the side table that they dropped as it was a bunch of wood pieces after being dropped). I am very unhappy at the way this insurance was sold. We purchased it but did not receive any compensation for our damages.
