I had a great experience with this company. My move from CA to AZ was complicated by a broken hip just as I started to pack. So Buck, Karen, Aric and Austin packed everything up for me and transported it in a small truck. No delivery delay.

Have been trying to contact them for days to have them pick up this container, no call-backs and they never answer the phone.

The worst, never use these people. I used them to pack my things, store them for almost two years and then move them again to my new apartment. Some of my furniture was broken due to how it was packed by their moving team, and they sent me a claim but then basically never responded to me regarding a refund. Terrible customer service, and sloppy movers. Avoid!

Outsources moves to anyone who will take the job. You are not hiring All City, you are hiring a 3rd party that they’ve hired last minute. If they call you and say their truck broke down the night before your scheduled move , cancel. That’s them trying to find some random crappy moving company who will take the job because they’ve overbooked or whatever. I’ll cut to the chase, we had a really terrible and stressful experience with this company. Do not hire.
