All City Moving and Storage and their Senior Moving Consultant have over promised and underdelivered, literally, on our move. They have blamed the fact that my shipment is still on their loading dock (three weeks after it had been packed moved out of our former home) on North American Van Lines, their affiliated transport company. As a customer, I don't care whose fault it is, and I don't want to have to hear about the truck driver shortage, I just want the contract I signed and the expectations I was given to be honored or to be compensated for. BUYER BEWARE of these guys, especially if you are considering them for an international move, even as close close as Canada. They are aweful!

This company blames late delivery charges on getting a new truck driver. My delivery was scheduled 3 days ago and I received no call about the delivery not coming. When I called that day at 5pm, I was told the delivery was still coming. Three days later and I am still waiting. The next day, I called 3 different times with a promise of calling back of scheduled delivery date but never really received a call by their deadline time. They seemed very nice on the phone but then never call you back. Do not use this company. They are nice upfront, but not trustworthy when you actually need them. I called on the third day and now was told that equipment is broken and the delivery will not come today and they will update me when it will.

A great experience! All City took all the worry away for my family's cross-country move. A nice crew came to the house and everything went very smoothly
