The worst possible nightmare occured with this company.... date scheduled, everything packed up They did not show up. FYI also 5 months pregnant at the time. Multiple calls to dispatchers and all they did was give me and my husband the runaround. Joe was a total disaster of a manager. Had to threaten legal action for weeks just to get my deposit back. Blamed it on summer hours, blah, blah. Not an excuse! Do NOT overbook! I have no idea how they have so many five stars since the Better Buisness Bureau revoked their accreditation and on their website they say BBB A+. False advertisement and a bunch of crooks Stay. Away They are frauds. Luckily another company was able to move us last minute.... use Liberty Moving Company that company truly deserves 5 stars.

I am going to refrain from using profanity to express my feelings about this company and Joe, the booking agent. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We hired them to do a move and ship for my daughter from NY to Chicago. My wife and I were at the pick up location at 12:30 PM for a 1pm to 3PM pick up window. They did not show up until 8:30 PM, because they switched the pick up order without informing us.Then after finally showing up, they said that we had to pay extra for walk up and no parking in front of the building. We agreed after debating this matter for over an hour. I found a spot for them in front of the pick up location and they said they were coming around to get started. After about 30 minutes of sitting in the truck, they pulled out, thinking they were moving to the spot. after another 20 minutes, I called the agent who this job was set up with, and he said that they were pulled off the job by their manager. At 10:47 PM on a day that was booked for an afternoon pick up, they just left. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies. They totally suck. I see that Joseph Cohen is the agent that was used in other screw ups by this company, he was our agent as well. incompetency at it's finest. STAY AWAY

Did a really good job packing and loading everything. Vinny was the man! I never saw a guy carry a fridge out on his back with some straps it was crazy to watch! Guys are the best!

Good company and service. Very professional crew. Highly recommend them. I would suggest to call Vincent, he was our sales person very reliable and helpful with information.
