All My Sons Moving and Storage, Norman OK

I'm scoring our experience a 2 because items were not only damaged but broken. When I asked them about it they stated, "Yeah the piece that broke is in one of your boxes". Common courtesy to tell me it was broken instead of me asking. They removed the decorative T-rex drawer pulls from my infant sons dresser. The man commented over and over about how much he liked them and, "I put them all in this drawer." One was missing. I guess it hopped into his pocket. We haven't finished unpacking there's no telling what else is broken or missing completely. Thank heavens we didn't pay them to pack our items.

I decided to get a quote from all my sons and I had a rep call me after hours within 10 minutes to help me. The next morning, someone from in office called to confirm my reservation. I was really impressed from the start. The day before the move they confirmed my time, just as they said they would. I had Clark and Ethan call me first thing in the morning 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they would be there and they offered to bring me coffee and donuts! They were so kind and very fast. My move was so smooth! They were in and out in no time. They even took the time to play Tetris in my storage unit! I had mistakenly rented one that was for a two bedroom apartment, but was on the small side. Everything was packed perfectly. They did such a wonderful job! We had such a bad experience with another moving company and I was nervous to use another one. They did so great! I will without a doubt hire them again(and specifically ask for Clark and Ethan) to move us when we move into our new home. I highly recommend this company! Their rates are better and they do an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

My Move was on Saturday, March 14, 2020. It did not go as I had scheduled but that was due to the rain. Even with that delay, All My Sons took care of my move. From beginning to end, they were consistent with their great customer service. I first spoke with Julie, she made it easy and answered all my concerns regarding anything i could think of related to my move from price, packing, what to do, even giving me tips to make it an easy move for me. She was a pleasant to speak with and was very confident that my move would be a success and sure enough it was! So although my move out time was delayed due to the rain, I was reassured by Jerry that my move will happen. He was apologetic and sincere throughout. I really appreciated that. The guys from All My Sons, Rick, Marcus and Eric, were professional, efficient, and funny! They worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. Thank You All My Sons! I without a doubt would recommend All My Sons to friends and family!
