Our movers were Kevin Jones and Montrel Williams. They were excellent! They took great care in preparing our items for movement and also when delivering them. The office staff, Chris and others were very helpful and informative before, during, and after the mover. Thanks for an excellent moving experience.

The experience we had with our move was outstanding. The three movers that came out were very professional and took the time to do it right the first time. We really appreciate all the hard work they did in such a short amount of time.

Did my move in November 2019. The quote was competitive. Crew showed up in their 3 hour window they gave, I wish the window was smaller but not a big deal. I had 3 movers (Eric, Anthony, Rico) to do a move from a townhouse to another townhouse. I would have left 5 stars but there was one crew member who just didn’t seem to care or have any urgency to complete the move sooner than he planned. This mover was Eric, came into the house smelling of cigarettes, was moving so slow and inefficient that I started to help the movers move, and he made a comment about that as well, “oh, we must not be moving fast enough for you?” I replied saying no, you’re not. That same moment he offered me a Proposal , that when we get to the new house to offload he will shave off an hour of billable time, in exchange to give him a tip. Well long story short I gave the crew a tip, he claimed he shaved of an hour but he didn’t... however, ANTHONY and RICO were Phenomenal! They were running up and downstairs to get the job done. I tipped them DOUBLE what I tipped Eric... well deserved, if this reviews is to end up with a quick summary, I liked my experience with all my sons, not having to move yourself is nice, they wrapped up all furniture, nothing was damaged. but I would have removed Eric from the job because I pretty much was the mover instead of Eric...I would not want Eric on my job in the future move. Anthony and Rico absolutely!!! Took about 6 hours all together. Good price.
