Zach, Kari, and Shayun were great. They fully packed my house and very efficiently took care of all of my belongings. Were some issues within the office but my guys took care of me and made sure everything was handled without any issue or hesitation. Very well young men. I really appreciate you guys and cant wait to see you guys again at the unload in a month.

Samuel Rodriguez who originally quoted us a specific price per hour and also told us there was no travel time charge, completely lied, was rude and unprofessional. Not only did he lie to us when we went to settle the bill he charged and extra UNAUTHORIZED $100.00. He was condescending and misleading like a sneaky salesman! If you’re looking to move don’t use this company, charged almost $1000.00 to move one bedroom set and a couch. The issue with the price is that Samuel quoted us with the approximate time, location and all the details for a quarter of the price. When he called to get final payment it was nearly $1000 not including the $100 deposit paid yesterday. When I asked why so much, he acted as if that’s what he quoted. Then began saying misleading statements in an attempt to justify Charging 4 times the quoted amount. Also he waits until the truck is about to be unloaded to charge you otherwise he says he’ll sell you’re furniture at an auction. As far as the actual packing and unpacking the delivery men Jose Soto, Jose Flores were amazing, careful, efficient and friendly! Too bad they have to work with such a lying, conniving, sorry excuse for a professional like Samuel.

I wish I had actually took the time to read these reviews before hiring All My Sons. I can relate with most of the negative reviews. When I initially called, I was quoted a price of $600 and our final cost was almost twice that much. I was never told about extras costs for packing/moving materials and fuel charge. They had me pay the $50 deposit and then sent an email regarding only extra cost for the packing/moving materials, such as TV or mirror protection. I not appreciate the dishonesty with the fuel charge. We were charged $116 extra for fuel. I was also promised an emailed receipt that I had to call back a few times to request. When I did finally receive the moving receipt, it was a hand typed itemized list. Just not professional, in my opinion. Overall this company is not transparent about their service costs. I will not being using them again or recommending them to anyone.

The business messed up our order. Should have been 2 trucks. Only 1 sent - 2 shown on contract we signed. We were supposed to get 4 wardrobes. Got none. Carlos crew was great though hence 4 stars. 2 stars for company.

We moved two homes into one and the overall service from our movers was wonderful. I am leaving a 2 out of 5, and advising that anyone looking to book with this company record your calls. I was advised that the move would cost $109/hr for two movers, 12% fuel fee for GAS USED, and then an additional fee for travel time. Not once was I advised that I would pay for any materials used to wrap my furniture, nor did I ask for it. I was charged $70 for packing materials and mattress covers that I never asked for and again was never advised of a fee prior to using. I could have purchased these items from a store for 1/3 of the cost. The fuel charge is also apparently 12% of your total moving costs, not actual fuel (not sure how that makes any sense). I was charged just over $98 in fuel, easily enough to fill the truck for my move and then some. Decent company, but a little sneaky and dishonest. When I called to question the charges, all that was done is a spouting off of the notes they had in front of them. Nice to know that you care about your customers, ultimately I guess its just like any other large business, out for their money and who cares what feedback you get. I wouldn't use them again, but if I had the number of the two gentleman who actually did the moving, I'd call them in a heartbeat.
