The 2 guys were polite and decent workers but left stuff at the apartment for us to move without checking to make sure what was staying and what wasn't. They just left. We had to move extra stuff ourselves. I could go on with a lot of other things but won't. Long story short I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

Do not ever use this place. They stole from me, damaged multiple pieces of furniture, damaged my house and were completely rude.

The absolute WORST move I have ever had. It took from 9am to almost 2pm to move 7 pieces of furniture from the home I was moving from. I was charged by the hour and for travel time and gas which I was assured I wouldn’t pay for. I moved 10 miles down the road and was charged $140 just for them to travel plus the gas. I get home and find damages on my stairwell. Spoke with the owner who might I say isn’t very good at customer service. This moving company is a joke paid a total of $936 just to come home and find damage. I feel completely ripped off. BEWARE of this company!!!

I should have read the reviews before I picked this completely unprofessional, unqualified, I dare say company. All my sons movers was inept in every possible way. I spoke with Jake, the owner, he assured me the move would go smooth as possible. We hired 5 movers and 1truck at the request of Jake. On the day of the move the only thing in the house was large furniture, 3 beds, 3 couches, 4 solid wood buffets, 2 kitchen table with chairs, and a couple of miscellaneous tables. My wife and I moved everything else with a uhaul truck. One of the movers even said; he has never been to a house that was so organized for a move. It took them from 830am to about 130pm to put all this in the truck. As I said, we hired 5 movers at $250 per hour, we got work from 3 guys, not 5. 5 showed up. They were instructed to leave some things at the house for donation later. About 130pm, we were already frustrated at this point in the day, we were told the truck was full and they would have to make a trip back to pick up the rest. At $250 per hour, we refused this 2nd trip. Remember the things they was ask to leave, they got those on the truck. The owner of the house sent pics that day of the damage caused by all my sons moving, they say they will pay to fix. On to the unpacking at the new house. My wife and I are thinking things have to get better. We were wrong. Once again we get work from 3 of the 5 guys. As an example of the complete ineptitude, the legs on out kitchen table we’re in stalled on the inside of the table, not the outside, and this obviously not correct to anyone who looked at the table. 2 of the 3 beds were rebuilt incorrectly. These are very basic things a moving company should know how to do, not all my sons and Jake the owner. We complained, we complained to Corey and Jake, multiple times. We were told all my sons has issued a refund of $207 for the lack of workers, The move was 1/10/20 as of today 1/21/20 we have received no credit. Total cost $2134 + $250 deposit, we had to rent 2 uhauls and take 2 days off work, in addition to 1/10/20 for the move BEWARE of this company

Out of the numerous times I’ve moved in my life, this has been by FAR the absolute worst experience with a moving company. We hired three men to help with the move and one of them decided to leave half way through the move. Understandably, the other two movers were exhausted and took a ridiculous amount of time (Mind you, they charge by the hour) moving our things that were already packed. They were not careful at all with our things, they tossed everything as if they wanted things to break, they dropped several boxes of fragile things, left our white couch sitting on the street on its side, without any plastic to protect the fabric, they damaged our table, and today I realized that one of our pieces of furniture is missing. PLEASE do not use this company, it’s not only a waste of money but it turns out way more costly when they break your things and others go missing. I have never been more upset at any type of service in my life.
