I can't say enough about the entire process of working with All my Sons for my company's move. Beginning with my 1st step of making any inquiry about the process and quote, I received a call very quickly, 5 - 10 minutes max. They were able to set up the move to occur within a few days of my request. Communication continued to be above par. The day of the move, the 3 gentlemen that handled the move were extremely professional, personable and did wonderful work. Everything about this company was above par in every way. I would highly recommend All My Sons for any of your future moving needs.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charisma, energy, and professionalism of the movers and their managers especially this early in the morning. They moved at a very fast pace and were patient enough to go over all the details of the paperwork before getting started. I would highly recommend this moving service to everyone in the 757.

There is no transparency as they claim. There were hidden fees, presented once your things are already in their truck. The amount was triple the amount that was quoted! (After a $500 deposit they said we owed an additional 1000 after our things were loaded!) Don’t be fooled when they offer you an additional truck for free as they charged us over $250 for fuel for a move that was only 2 miles away! The movers make it clear they expect a tip and they also made it evident that they were tired of moving our things to the upstairs bedrooms. They didn’t put a single piece of furniture together as they claimed. Majority was simply loaded into our garage. We will NEVER EVER use them again nor recommended their business to anyone!!! BEWARE!

Cross reference ALL reviews online to get the real story. Stay far away from this company. They seem professional at the beginning when a salesperson gives you a quote and explains the “other guys” quote low, but they give accurate charges because they want happy customers. They arrive and immediately want an online referral...after that, it’s a mess. I was charged nearly $1000 over my quote in gas!!! “Manager” Jeremy Andrews then calls and accuses you of not wanting to pay in a pseudo tough guy voice and threatens to take your stuff and charge storage. It was a nightmare. Finally, after no response from the home office in Texas, I filed a BBB claim. I ended up receiving $2000 back in unfair overages and damaged goods. Run, run, run! Don’t be fooled by the sales pitch.

I really appreciate the guys for being flexible with the scheduling of my POD arrival. Although I didn’t set a specific time, they were still able to come right out and unload the pod fast, safely, and with care! Even going as far as placing certain furniture in the room so I wouldn’t have to move it later and they took their shoes off before walking on my new carpet!!!! My experience with this company has been great! From the very first welcome all the way to the end I am completely satisfied with the move. Thanks guys!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!
